YOUR TASKS (depending on the area of application)
- Model-based software development for embedded systems including simulation and testing
- Comprehensive development support along the development cycle in automotive or railways including project management tooling and reporting
- Varying focuses ranging from requirements engineering via architecture design and function development to unit testing and hardware in the loop (HiL)
- Generation of requirement specifications at various levels of detail
- (Model-based) development based on MATLAB/Simulink, Phyton, C++ or other programming languages
- Test management and testing during development phases (system tests, hardware in the loop tests, software tests)
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge of model-based software development and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, C/C++ (Embedded), MATLAB/Simulink, or equivalent)
- Preferably practical experience in the area of work described above and a basic system understanding in automotive or railways
- Be proactive, able to work independently and a team player
- Good communication skills in both German and English
